Rollero casino review: the short answer
Rollero is the odd one out in the Metlait SRL group. Its footer names the same Costa Rican company, registration number and Tobique licence as Lucky7even, SkyCrown, Golden Crown, Boho Casino and Richard Casino, all of which ACMA has blocked. Rollero's own domain was not on ACMA's list on 8 October 2026. The terms, limits and bonus mechanics are almost identical to its blocked siblings, so being unlisted changes little for you. We score it 3.4 out of 10.
We read Rollero's home page, terms (last updated 22 April 2026), bonus policy (dated 28 February 2024), responsible gaming policy, payments and About pages on 9 October 2026, using its English (AU) pages from an Australian connection. No account was opened.
Is Rollero casino legal in Australia?
No. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes it illegal to offer online casino games and pokies to people in Australia, whether or not a site has been blocked; our guide to the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 explains who the law targets. ACMA blocks sites in rounds, each announced after an investigation, so a casino missing from its blocked gambling websites list may simply not have been dealt with yet. You do not commit an offence by playing, but you would have no Australian regulator to turn to.
Rollero's terms bar real-money players from more than 50 places, among them the US, the UK, Germany and France. Australia is not on that list, and the site offers an English (AU) version.
Who runs Rollero?
The footer states that www.rollero.com is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, company registration 3-102-911867, with a registered address in Cartago, Costa Rica, operating under E-gaming licence No. 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. On the Commission's licence holder register "Metlait S.R.L" appears with a B2C entry expiring 16 April 2027. The register lists no licence numbers and no website names, so treat the licence as a claim you cannot fully verify; our guide on how to check a casino licence shows why that matters.
The sister sites are the brands whose own footers or terms carry the same Metlait details. Five of the six were on ACMA's list when we checked; the Lucky7even review and our Golden Crown casino review cover two of them.
The A$5,000 welcome package on a three-day clock
The banner reads "$/€ 5000 BONUS + 300 FS". In the bonus policy that becomes:

Each stage carries 40x wagering on the bonus, the minimum qualifying deposit is A$30 and the largest bet allowed while wagering is A$7.50. Clause 1.3 of the policy sets "The bonus duration" at "3 days", with no further detail. For the reloads the policy spells out that the bonus "expires 3 days after being credited". Assuming the same window applies to the welcome stages, here is the first one at three deposit sizes:

In our calculation the expected cost is 1.6 times the bonus at every size, because 40 times a 4% house margin is 160%. Reloads, cashback and the missing no deposit bonus
The Wednesday and Sunday reloads are 100% matches from a A$30 deposit at 40x, and the policy says "There is no maximum win on this bonus", which is better than the 10x deposit cap on the equivalent Lucky7even reloads. The home page tile, though, advertises the Wednesday reload "up to €/$1,000" while the policy says up to $1,500. Cashback and cash rewards count as bonuses: 10x wagering and a 10x ceiling on what can be withdrawn.
Australians cannot use Rollero's no deposit bonuses at all: clause 5.3 lists Australia among the excluded countries. Where they do apply, withdrawals from them are capped at A$75 and need full verification and a deposit first.
Rollero withdrawal time and limits
The terms aim to process each request within 72 hours of approval, after which the method decides the speed:

The caps are A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 over a rolling seven days and A$30,000 a month, with progressive jackpots exempt. In our calculation, a A$40,000 win would arrive in about six weekly payments. Each deposit has to be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn, verification can include a phone call, and an unanswered contact attempt for two weeks after a withdrawal request cancels the payout and locks the account. After 12 months without a login or a bet, a 20 EUR monthly dormancy fee can apply.
Responsible gaming
The policy (updated 23 July 2026) lets you set deposit, loss and wager limits per day, week or month, a session time limit from 6 minutes, cooling-off for one week to six months and self-exclusion for six months, nine months, a year or indefinitely. Increases only apply after email confirmation and once the previous limit runs out. As with its siblings, loss limits ignore winnings, crypto deposits can get past deposit limits and cooling-off, and the help services named are GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy.
