QueenSpins review: the strictest sibling
QueenSpins scores 3.2 out of 10. It belongs to the same Costa Rican company as Level Up Casino, yet the two read like opposites. LevelUp asks for 35x over 14 days; QueenSpins asks for 50x the bonus in three days, on every deposit bonus it offers. Its homepage greets Australians with "Get up to €1200 bonus", in euros, and its payment limits are in euros and US dollars too.
On 9 October 2026 queenspins.com forwarded our Australian connection to a numbered QueenSpins mirror that was not on ACMA's 8 October snapshot; we do not name it. We read the terms (updated 3 February 2026), bonus terms, payments, FAQ and responsible gaming policy there. We did not open an account.
Is QueenSpins legit?
Its FAQ answers that question itself: "Queenspins is a legitimate and trustworthy casino online operator." The terms are more useful. Clause 1.1 names Novatrix SRL, Costa Rican registration 3-102-893958, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under no. 0000002, and the responsible gaming policy is signed off by the "Novatrix SRL Director". Novatrix S.R.L appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission's licence-holder list, licensed to 13 March 2027, but that list shows company names only, not brands or domains.
So QueenSpins can be traced to a company. What it cannot offer Australians is a regulator here: if a payout is refused, the terms send you to the EGIS dispute service and then to arbitration in Costa Rica. Is QueenSpins legal in Australia?
No. Online casino games may not be offered to people in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001; the law targets the operator, not the player. ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites held queenspins.com, queenspins1.com and queenspins2.com on 8 October 2026, and the mirror we landed on simply carried the next number.
Its restricted list has the same 44 entries as LevelUp's, Japan, the UK and the US among them, but not Australia. The terms still keep NetEnt games away from Australians and list Amatic as "Restricted in Australia", and they warn that a VPN used to dodge restrictions "may lead to confiscation of winnings".
The six-stage welcome bonus
The package is "€1200 + 120 Free Spins on All Lucky Clovers 5", split over six deposits. The terms translate each €200 cap into AUD 500, so we use their AUD figures:

Each stage needs 50x the bonus within three days, at no more than A$7 a spin, and the minimum deposit is A$30. In our calculation one A$500 stage means A$25,000 of bets in 72 hours: about 3,572 spins at A$7, or roughly 1,190 a day. All six stages add up to A$150,000 of turnover, and at a 96% return the expected cost is about A$6,000, double the A$3,000 bonus.
Start smaller and the shape is the same. An A$100 first deposit gets a A$100 bonus, then A$5,000 of bets in three days, with an expected cost near A$200 at a 96% return. QueenSpins no deposit bonus and promo codes
We could not confirm a current no deposit offer. The codes QueenSpins prints are deposit codes: BGMNG, GAMZIX, CLAW and APPARAT each give 50 free spins on a €20 deposit at 40x, once a day from 1 to 31 October 2026; CANDY gave 85 spins from 6 to 8 October; and SKELETON offers a 40% bonus plus 120 spins from 9 to 11 October at 30x, on deposits up to €400.
If a no deposit bonus does reach you, the rules disagree with each other. The bonus terms say the most you can "ever be able to withdraw" from one is €40, with 50x wagering inside three days. The general terms cap no deposit winnings at 75 AUD. Either way, a withdrawal needs a fully verified account and a deposit first. QueenSpins withdrawal time and limits
The FAQ promises withdrawals "almost instantly", except the first one, which waits for identity checks. The terms aim for 72 hours after approval. The limits:

In our calculation a €12,000 win (not a progressive jackpot, which is paid in full) leaves over three weeks: €5,000, €5,000, then €2,000. A €20,000 win runs into a second month, because €15,000 is the monthly ceiling. Every amount is in euros or dollars, so an Australian account also carries conversion costs from the bank. And the two-week rule applies: if QueenSpins cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the request is cancelled.
A self-exclusion that holds your money
This is the clause we would most want a reader to know. The responsible gaming policy offers deposit, loss and wager limits, and cooling-off for one week to six months. Self-exclusion in the account runs for six months, nine months or one year, and once set "You will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds." Indefinite exclusion is only by email to support. For a set period, the policy says, your balance "will be paid ... only when a period of self exclusion expires".
That is backwards. Someone who stops gambling should be able to take their money out on the way. Level Up Casino, under the same company, lets self-excluded players request a manual withdrawal.
