Spin Samurai review: an AU$5,000 welcome pack and a €5,000 ceiling on early wins

Spin Samurai now opens from Australia on a new numbered mirror that ACMA has not listed. Its terms cap winnings from your first three deposits at €5,000 in total, bonus or not, and charge €25 a month on idle accounts.

Good

  • Company, registration number and licence number printed in the terms and on every page
  • AUD account currency, with AUD figures for every withdrawal limit
  • Deposit, loss, wager and session limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion described
  • An outside dispute service (EGIS) named in the terms
  • No deposit or withdrawal fees on its own banking table

Watch out

  • 15 domains on ACMA's blocked list, and it now runs on an unlisted mirror
  • Winnings from your first three deposits capped at €5,000, the rest forfeited
  • €25 a month taken from accounts idle for 12 months
  • Crypto deposits sit outside deposit limits and cooling-off
  • Its FAQ and bonus terms describe two different welcome offers
  • Disputes end in arbitration in Costa Rica

Key facts

  • Its terms (version 1.0, effective 24 September 2026) cap withdrawable winnings from your first three deposits at €5,000 in total, with or without a bonus; anything above is forfeited.
  • Cash-outs are limited to AUD 1,500 a day, AUD 7,500 a rolling week and AUD 22,500 a month, with a 72-hour processing target after approval.
  • Operator: Saphirix Solutions SRL of Costa Rica (3-102-933997), licence 0000091 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. Australia is not on its restricted country list.
  • ACMA's blocked list (8 Oct 2026) holds 15 Spin Samurai domains; spinsamurai.com now forwards to a new numbered mirror, which is not on it.
  • Welcome pack: up to AUD 5,000 over three deposits, 40x the bonus, AUD 7.50 maximum bet, 14 days per bonus.

Spin Samurai review: the €5,000 ceiling

Spin Samurai scores 3.1 out of 10, and the reason sits in clause 11.7 of its terms, read on 9 October 2026. Winnings "attributable to the Player's first three (3) deposits" can be withdrawn up to €5,000 in total, "regardless of whether any bonuses were credited". Anything above is "forfeited, removed from the Player's account". The same site advertises an AU$5,000 welcome pack on those three deposits. A new player who hits a big win early keeps €5,000 of it plus any deposits not yet withdrawn.

On 8 October the site refused our European and US browsers with a 403 page. On 9 October, from an Australian connection, spinsamurai.com forwarded to a new numbered mirror and every page opened, terms included. This is a desk review: no account, no deposit.

A sixteenth address, and the 15 ACMA already blocked

ACMA's blocked list (snapshot 8 October 2026) carries 15 Spin Samurai domains. The address the brand now uses for Australians is not one of them.

TypeDomains on ACMA's list

The terms still call the casino www.spinsamurai.com. We link none of these addresses.

Spin Samurai withdrawal limits and times

Clause 11.7 sets three caps at once, in AUD as well as euros:

PeriodCap
Per dayAUD 1,500
Per rolling 7 daysAUD 7,500
Per monthAUD 22,500
Balance over AUD 22,500may be paid in monthly instalments of AUD 22,500

The weekly cap is the one that binds. An AUD 20,000 balance comes out as AUD 1,500 on days 1 to 5, again on days 8 to 12 and 15 to 17, then AUD 500 on day 18: fourteen requests over 18 days. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full, outside the caps.

The terms aim to process requests "within 72 hours of approval", with bank transfers processed within 3 business days. The banking page lists withdrawals as free: bank transfer from AU$100 to AU$6,000 a time or seven cryptocurrencies, with no card or e-wallet option. Our guide to a casino withdrawal pending explains approval versus payment.

Clause 9.8 adds a turnover rule: wager every deposit three times before withdrawing it, or face "a processing fee" of unstated size or a refusal.

The welcome pack in numbers

The bonus terms set out the pack in AUD:

DepositMatchMaximum bonusMinimum deposit
1st100%AUD 1,000AUD 15
2nd75%AUD 1,500AUD 15
3rd100%AUD 2,500AUD 15

Each bonus needs 40x the bonus amount within 14 days, at no more than AUD 7.50 a bet. Free spin winnings pay out AUD 75 at most, and Skrill or Neteller deposits get no welcome bonus.

Take only the first bonus at its maximum: AUD 1,000 x 40 = AUD 40,000 of bets, at least 5,334 spins at the AUD 7.50 ceiling, about 381 spins a day over 14 days. At a 96% return the expected cost of that turnover is AUD 1,600 (AUD 40,000 x 4%), more than the bonus itself. Table games, roulette, jackpot games and video poker count 0%, live dealer games not at all, and excluded slot titles fill most of the bonus terms page. Check your own numbers with our wagering requirements calculator.

All three bonuses also sit under the single €5,000 ceiling. And the FAQ still describes an older pack: 125% up to €100, 100% up to €200, 80% up to €500.

Spin Samurai no deposit bonus and codes

We found no bonus code anywhere. Most "mission" rewards need earlier activity: phone verification and email confirmation need a deposit, the withdrawal boost a completed withdrawal. The app-install reward is the exception on paper. Its terms mention no deposit step, but not the number of spins either; winnings need 45x and are capped at AU$75. More on how these offers really pay: no deposit bonus Australia.

Fees in the small print

  • Dormancy: after 12 months with no login or play, €25 a month comes off your balance until it reaches zero (clause 12.1).
  • Unwagered deposits: a possible processing fee under clause 9.8, amount not stated.
  • Bank charges: clause 11.12 leaves bank and provider fees with the player.

No. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 an offshore casino commits an offence by offering its games to people here, and ACMA's blocked gambling websites list names the 15 domains above as illegal services. Spin Samurai's own restricted list in clause 2.4 runs from Afghanistan to Yemen, with the UK and the US, but leaves Australia out. The terms mention Australia only to say that NetEnt, Microgaming and Amatic games are blocked or restricted here. ACMA warns that people who use illegal operators risk losing their money. Background: are online pokies legal in Australia.

Who runs Spin Samurai, and is it legit?

Saphirix Solutions SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-933997, holds licence no. 0000091 from the Tobique Gaming Commission, says clause 1.1 and every page footer. We found no licence seal or validator link and did not check the regulator's register. Complaints go to support, then to EGIS, a dispute service the terms place under Tobique rules; beyond that you agree to arbitration in Costa Rica (clause 17) and must claim within a year.

One inconsistency: the terms name Vixatrix Limited as Paysafe processor, the bonus terms Dama N.V. The about page dates the launch to 2020 and names no sister brands.

Verification before you are paid

Clause 18.3 lets Spin Samurai ask for ID, proof of address and payment proof 30 days after your first deposit, once deposits reach EUR 2,000, or at your first withdrawal, with 30 days to reply. Clause 8.4 adds a sting: if staff cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal can be cancelled. Our casino verification process guide explains what to expect.

Responsible gambling tools

The policy (version 1.02, updated 24 September 2026) lists deposit limits by day, week or month, loss and wager limits, session time limits, a cooling-off period and temporary or permanent self-exclusion through support. The gap is crypto: "Crypto transactions are not subject to deposit limits", cooling-off does not cover them either, and the self-exclusion clause says it "does not apply to crypto deposits" while still blocking the account. Help groups listed are Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy, none Australian. Here, Gambling Help Online is free on 1800 858 858.

Games and support

The lobby showed games from BGaming, Pragmatic Play, Playson, Booongo, Yggdrasil, Mancala, Platipus and others, under a "Popular in Australia" tab, with no total count; we did not check per-game RTP. Support is described as 24/7 by email, live chat and a contact form, but account closures must go by email because chat requests "will not be actioned". We did not test it.

How we scored it

  • Payments 2.5: AUD caps are stated plainly and its banking table lists no fees, but the €5,000 forfeiture on early wins, the 3x deposit rule and a weekly cap of AUD 7,500 pull it down.
  • Terms 2.5: 40x in 14 days, an AUD 7.50 bet ceiling, 0% for table games, a €25 monthly dormancy fee and an FAQ that contradicts the bonus terms.
  • Safety 1.5: 15 blocked domains and a fresh mirror; the named company, licence number and outside dispute service keep it off the floor, but we could not check the licence.
  • Responsible gambling 4.5: a full set of limits on paper, undercut by the crypto exemptions and no Australian help listed.
  • Games 5.0: a wide provider list; no game count or per-game RTP checked, and three suppliers bar Australia.
  • Support 5.0: 24/7 email, chat and form described; untested.

Weighted by our how we rate casinos method, that is 3.1 out of 10.

Frequently asked questions

Is Spin Samurai legit?

No, not for Australians. It prints a Costa Rican company and a Tobique Gaming Commission licence number, but ACMA lists 15 of its domains as illegal here, and its terms forfeit anything above €5,000 won from your first three deposits.

Is Spin Samurai legal in Australia?

No. The Interactive Gambling Act bars anyone from offering online casino games to people in Australia, and ACMA has blocked 15 Spin Samurai domains. Australia is missing from the restricted list in its terms, which means the site accepts Australians, not that it is legal for them.

How long do Spin Samurai withdrawals take?

Its terms aim to process a request within 72 hours of approval and say bank transfers are processed within 3 business days. Verification can hold a payout first, and no more than AUD 1,500 leaves per day.

Does Spin Samurai have a no deposit bonus or bonus code?

We found no bonus code on any page. The bonus terms list an app-install reward with no deposit step stated but no number of spins; its winnings need 45x wagering and pay out AUD 75 at most.

What is the Spin Samurai mirror or official site for Australia?

On 9 October 2026 spinsamurai.com forwarded our Australian connection to a new numbered mirror, which was not on ACMA's 8 October list. We do not name or link it: a mirror missing from the list is only newer than the list.

Why does Spin Samurai login fail in Australia?

Australian internet providers block the 15 domains on ACMA's list, so old bookmarks stop loading. Its terms also forbid VPNs used to get around geographic restrictions and allow winnings to be confiscated for it.

Who owns Spin Samurai?

Saphirix Solutions SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-933997, says its terms. No other casino is named as a sister site on any Spin Samurai page we read.
