Good
- Withdrawal caps written as exact dollar figures
- 14 game providers in the lobby, including Play'n GO and Relax Gaming
- Self-exclusion from 1 month to 5 years, binding
Watch out
- pokiesurf.com and four look-alike domains blocked by ACMA
- No company, licence or regulator named
- 30% charge on withdrawals of under-played deposits
- Terms still name a different website
- No self-service deposit or time limits
Key facts
- ACMA's blocked list (8 Oct 2026) includes pokiesurf.com, pokiesurf.net, pokiesurfcasino.com, pokiesurf-casino.com and pokie-surf.com.
- pokiesurf.com now redirects to pokiesurf.vip. The terms say the site is administered by 'PokieSurf Casino' and name no company or licence.
- Withdrawal caps: $1,000 in 24 hours, $5,000 in 7 days and $15,000 in 30 days, so a $20,000 win needs at least 35 days.
- A 30% surcharge applies if your total stakes are below your deposit; bonus money needs 45x wagering.
- Four clauses still name a different website, spinstralia.com.
PokieSurf at a glance
PokieSurf scores 2.9 out of 10, one of the lowest scores we have given. The headline is simple: ACMA has blocked pokiesurf.com and four look-alike domains, the brand has moved to pokiesurf.vip, and the terms it now publishes are a reworded copy of another casino's terms that still point to a third website.
We read the homepage, terms and responsible gaming page on 8 October 2026 (Cloudflare blocked our direct requests, so the pages were fetched through a reader service), and did not sign up. The support page refused automated reading, so we could not check its contact options beyond the footer.
The ACMA block and the .vip address
These five domains were on ACMA's blocked gambling websites list in our 8 October 2026 snapshot:
- pokiesurf.com
- pokiesurf.net
- pokiesurfcasino.com
- pokiesurf-casino.com
- pokie-surf.com
ACMA lists a domain after finding it offers gambling services that are illegal in Australia, and asks internet providers to block it. pokiesurf.com now answers with a redirect to pokiesurf.vip, which was not on the snapshot. A new address is the usual response from a blocked operator; it does not make the service legal. ACMA reported 1,822 illegal gambling and affiliate websites blocked by late September 2026.
PokieSurf's own homepage is candid about this, in its way: it says Australians "commonly access online casino games through offshore-licensed platforms", then names no licence of its own.
Terms copied, with the words swapped
Read PokieSurf's terms next to those of Pocket Pokies and the structure, clause numbers and figures match, but the vocabulary has been put through a thesaurus. Withdrawals become "extraction solicitations", bonuses become "incentive currency", a deposit is a "preliminary contribution". Clauses 1.1, 1.4, 15.2 and 17.11 still name spinstralia.com, a different website, as the site the terms govern.
That matters for two reasons. A contract that names the wrong website is weaker evidence of what you agreed to, and clause 1.4 says only that "PokieSurf Casino administers" the site, with no company, address, registration number or licence. If a dispute arises, the complaints clause sends you to the support email and nowhere else.
What the stacked caps do to a big win
Clause 6.11 limits withdrawals to $1,000 in any 24 hours, $5,000 in any 7 days and $15,000 in any 30 days, all at once. The weekly cap means you can only take five daily payments in any seven days, and the 30-day cap then stops payments altogether once $15,000 has gone out.
Here is the fastest possible schedule for a $20,000 win, assuming every request is approved on the day:
| Days | Paid each day | Running total | What stops you |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 5 | $1,000 | $5,000 | 7-day cap |
| 8 to 12 | $1,000 | $10,000 | 7-day cap |
| 15 to 19 | $1,000 | $15,000 | 30-day cap |
| 20 to 30 | Nothing | $15,000 | 30-day cap |
| 31 to 35 | $1,000 | $20,000 | Done |
That is 20 separate withdrawals over 35 days. Each request is also subject to clause 6.6, which promises handling "within two (2) institutional days" but allows longer for payment method, extra checks or public holidays, and to KYC: identity documents, a selfie with the document and a bank statement from the last three months.
The 30% surcharge and the bonus rules
Clause 6.5 imposes "an additional 30% surcharge upon extraction" if your total stakes are less than your deposit. Deposit $100, bet $40, withdraw $100, and $30 goes to the casino. Clause 5.6 separately requires each deposit to be staked once before any withdrawal.
Bonus money needs 45x the bonus amount (sportsbook bonuses 15x). The banner offered 150% up to $1,000 plus 100 free spins on Starburst on the day we looked, which on a $200 deposit means a $300 bonus and $13,500 of bets before it converts (300 x 45). The expiry is stated twice and differently: 60 days in clause 16.10.2.9, one month in clause 7.2. Roulette bets covering 24 or more of the 37 numbers are banned with a bonus.
Payments
PokieSurf's homepage talks about Australian payment methods in general terms (Neosurf, POLi, BPAY, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer) and notes that Neosurf, being a voucher, cannot be used to withdraw. It does not mention PayID or crypto, and it gives no minimum deposit or PokieSurf-specific payout times. If you are considering a voucher, our Neosurf casino Australia guide covers what happens when you want your money back.
Responsible gambling
Self-exclusion is available by email for between one month and five years and "will not be annulled" early; opening a new account during it can get the original closed permanently. Deposit and time limits are only advice ("Define a deposit ceiling for Yourself"), not tools. For free, confidential support in Australia, see our gambling help Australia page.
Games and support
The lobby we saw listed 50 games from 14 providers: Playson, BNG, Microgaming, NetEnt, Winfinity, BGaming, Winspinity, Konami, Relax Gaming, Wazdan, Quickspin, Mascot, Amatic and Play'n GO. The only contact details we could confirm were the Help Center's support email and an affiliate address. We found no live chat or phone number on the pages we could read.
How we scored it
- Payments 4.5. Caps are spelled out and processing is promised in two business days, but $1,000 a day turns a large win into a five-week queue.
- Terms 2.5. The 30% surcharge, 45x wagering, contradictory expiry and a contract naming the wrong website.
- Safety 1.0. Five blocked domains, a new address to get around the block, no company or licence.
- Responsible gambling 2.0. Self-exclusion only.
- Games 5.0. A named, mixed provider list; return figures not checked.
- Support 3.0. Email is the only channel we could confirm.

Frequently asked questions
Is PokieSurf legit?
We would not call it that. ACMA has blocked five PokieSurf domains as illegal gambling services, and its terms name no company, licence or regulator. They also still refer to another website in four clauses.
Is PokieSurf legal in Australia?
No. Online casino games cannot legally be offered to people in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and pokiesurf.com is on ACMA's blocked gambling websites list. The site now runs from a different domain.
How long do PokieSurf withdrawals take?
The terms say requests are handled within two business days, with exceptions. The bigger delay is the caps: $1,000 a day, $5,000 a week and $15,000 a month all apply at once.
Does PokieSurf have a promo code or no deposit bonus?
On 8 October 2026 the banner showed 150% up to $1,000 plus 100 free spins on Starburst. We found no no deposit offer or promo code on its own pages.
Is there a PokieSurf app?
We found no downloadable app and no app store link on its pages. The site is built to run in a mobile browser.
